My first visit to Dunn, but so far, very impressed. They got me right in, scheduled the work I had identified. Then while working on the truck, they identified two other small issues and sent clear photos so I could decide what to do about it. They made it easy. I’ll use them when I need work on my other cars.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The team at Dunn Tire & Auto was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, handled the work carefully, and made sure everything was right before I left. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend them and will be back for future service.

This is the first time I’ve dealt with them. I knew they were in Batavia for a while, but I never had worked with them. The employees, Were very courteous and did a great job putting a new rim on one of my tires. I would recommend these guys very easy to talk to an excellent workers.

Don’t know if it’s just the McKinley location or what, but I have never had as much trouble with them as I did this time. I got an online quote for tires from their corporate(?) office (from Lisa). That was for $987.41. I went down to their McKinley location and they gave me quote of $1143. Mind you, this was within about 9 days of each other. I emailed Lisa back and asked why the difference. She said the price had gone up since then, and did not include the TPMS charge. I then questioned their ‘out the door pricing’ if it didn’t include everything. Lisa said not everyone wants the TPMS, which is about $7 a tire, but she would inform the location to take that much off. I went to the McKinley location with my $1143 estimate from them, and told them to take off the TPMS charge. The bill came to around $1187! I asked why it was more. Don’t know if I got a good answer, but they took off only $4 for each TPMS. When I asked why, they said $7 was for rubber TPMS and I had metal ones. Now both places knew the kind of car I had and the kind of tires I wanted, so how could they not know that? I made a fuss about it, and the lowest they could get it down was to $1151, still not was I was told less than two weeks ago. The out the door pricing policy appears to be a sham in my opinion. I am debating going somewhere else for tires the next time I need them
